About Tashkent Medical Academy

On July 19, 2005, the Tashkent Medical Academy was established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Initially, the academy introduced faculties such as General Medicine, Pedagogy, and Nursing, with an overall student capacity of 4662. Alongside undergraduate education, the academy also caters to approximately 765 postgraduates and 205 physicians.

The MBBS program at Tashkent Medical Academy aims to cultivate highly proficient professionals through 58 departments, with a strong emphasis on clinical expertise acquisition. Additionally, the institute launched the “On Coordination and Monitoring of Research Works” initiative, supported by a grant focusing on the interplay between the environment and human health.

Within the institute, seven distinct scientific councils are dedicated to various research fields and academic advancements, fostering a robust environment for scholarly pursuits and professional development.

MBBS Admission in Uzbekistan
Indian students can apply for direct admission to MBBS in Uzbekistan either online or by visiting any of our offices in India. They should apply before the last date of application as a limited number of seats are available for MBBS in Uzbekistan in each university. The step-by-step process of MBBS admission in Uzbekistan for Indian students is outlined below:
• Students must submit scans of marksheets, NEET qualification & passport (Aadhar, if passport not ready).
• University issues an admission letter, confirming the student’s successful admission to MBBS in Uzbekistan.
• Students then appear in an online test, which is compulsory for students to get MBBS admission in Uzbekistan.
• Students must submit original marksheets, valid passport, passport size photos photos & medical reports.
• University then issues the invitation letter in student’s name for study visa & entry to Uzbekistan.
• We apply all documents along with invitation letter in Uzbekistan embassy and collect passport with visa.
• We inform the students about their departure date and provide a list of items that they should carry.
• We assist students in currency exchange, if they wishes to pay fees in US Dollars after arrival in Uzbekistan.
• We organize the departure of students in groups from New Delhi to Uzbekistan (Up to the destination city).
• One of our representative meets the students at airport in Uzbekistan and assists them for all the further procedures.
