About European University

Established in 2011, the European University swiftly emerged as a premier destination for dentistry studies in Georgia and across Europe. Situated in Tbilisi, the capital known for its exceptional safety, the university boasts a thriving medical school renowned for its excellence.

In 2014, the Faculty of Medicine was inaugurated, marking a significant milestone following substantial investments in campus modernization, cutting-edge teaching resources, and the recruitment of distinguished faculty members. Notably, the European University stands as Georgia’s first private university, offering modern dormitory facilities conveniently located near the campus.

A standout aspect of the European University is its expansive network of clinical affiliations, collaborating with approximately 70 clinics across Georgia. This ensures students receive comprehensive hands-on training in real-world medical settings.

Moreover, the university proudly owns EU Dent, a private dental clinic, and Jo Ann University Hospital, a prestigious medical institution specializing in cardiology and cardiac surgery for over 25 years. With an annual intake of 2,000 to 3,000 patients, Jo Ann University Hospital is at the forefront of newborn and pediatric heart surgery in Georgia, providing students with early exposure to clinical environments from their first semester.

Both medicine and dentistry students at the European University enjoy a rich multicultural experience, access to state-of-the-art technologies, and opportunities for specialized clinical rotations, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
